The Majestic (Aka Dark One)

Alvis Anderson

It was a rather odd end of Autumn as Alvis (the slightly odd but strangely handsome for a rough/ scruffy kid) was making his way around the Lake back towards the castle, after studying the Plimpy around the waters edge for a good portion of the afternoon, the air was warm but the clouds loomed ever dark above his head as the sun was hiding and thinking of making it's way to bed!

Well as so often when Alvis was left to his own thoughts or wasn't occupied, he fell into that day dream sate where his body kind of knew where to go but didn't have the greatest of compasses, along with the fact it was on magical creatures didn't help and all that was playing was some strange Sci-Fy like parody he might of seen back in the muggle world (OK yes Alvis dream date would be @Eloise Beauchamp while duelling but you get the point!).

All be it a very lovely dream but his feet didn't lead him back to the castle as planned but somewhere on the edge of the dark forest, the loom of the sunset cast long shadows and the leaves and undergrowth began to shake due to how knows what that lay within the forests depths.

Majesty

There was only one thing on Majesty's mind, well, two.  One.) the child of green, and Two.) food.

To be quite honest, Majesty had food on his mind all the time, but this one particular time, sweet revenge occupied the other half.  Lowering himself to the ground as he flew from the southern side of the forest, the more dangerous side of the forest, the Thestral looked to see movement from the floor.

Down he went.

Another child of the castle lingered in his home, the rage he had felt from the child of green overcame the beast as he swooped down, ready to charge.  Somehow, something told him otherwise.

Landing with a loud thud, pretending as the earth shook with every trot, Majesty looked to the child in red and sniffed.  Nothing more.

Alvis Anderson

It was like the earth began to shake around him but Alvis was still deeply into his dream world state, his mind was back and his eyes darted from side to side, however his body wouldn't budge not even a pinkie! It was as though his whole body had shut down, only his heart, lungs and eyes seemed to be working and he found himself slumped on the ground, which was vibrating very heavily underneath him.

He closed his eyes and counted to seven, then again and once more until he felt the feeling coming back to his hands. crawling along the forest floor, trying to move as far away from the ground that was so violently pounding under his body, Alvis made it to a large oak which at the foot of it the young lion took some refuge on the exposed roots.

''Hello!? Is anythin'.....anyone, there?'' He said in a calm but slightly quiet voice as he realised where he was and didn't want to attract anything that might want to eat him or that could cause him some harm. Thoughts began to rush through his head, like trolls or giants! Alvis had heard of them from muggle stories and he caught whippers at the dinner table and in the common room about such creatures that lived in the forest. But it didn't seem to be the way a troll or giant would act to Alvis and he tried to look out for what could be making the ground vibrate that way.
