Alayna Weasley

It's raining... it's pouring...

The night before the first Quidditch match of the year, Alayna had no thoughts on her mind aside from just that. She went into the Great Hall, ready to partake in nothing in particular aside from eating dinner, but then… tragedy struck. On the way to her table, she tripped of her own two feet, there was a crash of glass and a storm that had once been concealed within the tightly enclosed jar in her satchel began to erupt and unleash a shower of rain upon all the innocent people there enjoying their own meals. The redhead looked on in horror as people began to shout, frozen in place because… she didn’t know what to do.

Oh no. Oh Merlin. What COULD she do?!

Then the redhead threw her arms into the air and proclaimed the first thing to come to mind: “…SURPRISE?!”

Rain was quickly getting in his porridge. Nobody liked soggy porridge...or was porridge technically soggy already?

"Alayna, are you alright?" he blinked in surprise, just like she'd shouted.

Ethan was just enjoying some food before he went to work on some more essays. He was working on them while he was eating. Killing two birds with one stone. It was a in win win for Ethan. But that win was about to change. As it just started raining, what in Merlins name is happening. Turning to see what might have caused this. Did someone let the Stormy Weather Hex off in the Great Hall.

"Great, my essay's are ruined." Looking to see who might have caused this, that was when he heard Alayna say surprise. Trying to save as much as the paper as he could, which was almost none of them, he would be staying up all night.

Walking over to his friend. "Alayna, what happened?"

Yup. This was definitely not good. “I… I’m…” she stuttered as she pushed herself up to her knees, then stared blankly at Ryan before Ethan walked over to her and interrupted her train of thought. What’d happened? She’d forgotten to take that jar out, that’s what happened! But something told her that wouldn’t be a good enough response right now, what with everything getting wet and all.

“…it was an accident?”

Forgetting about his messed up essays, he was standing in the rain. That was inside the great hall. Something he was used to, there was always something crazy happening at Hogwarts. This wasn't even anything new. Holding out his hand. "Let me help you." He told his friend, hoping that she would take his hand and help him help her.

"Things happen, it's okay." Smiling know that Alayna woudn't have done something like this on purpose. That wasn't Alayna at all, that was another member of her family that just happened to be in his house.

Looking up, the rain just kept falling. Wondering if there was a spell to stop this. But he wasn't going to open his book cause then that would get ruined.

Dane was sitting down, enjoying a nice meal, when it started to rain. He looked up since he had thought he had been eating inside but since he sometimes wandered off without noticing, he had to be sure. No, he was still in the Great Hall. “It wasn’t me!” he said in case any of his siblings were nearby. He was usually the one who caused stuff like this to happen and he was fine with taking the blame when it was him but since this was not his fault (at least he didn’t think it was), he was not going down for it.

Kaleb rolled his eyes. He had spotted the Gryffindor Fourth Year entre the Great Hall, heading for their table, and had a strong feeling that something was going to happen. The Weasley girl was prone to accidents, something that Kaleb learned when he found her covered in glitter last year.

And just on time, there it was: a storm in the jar. The problem was that the jar broke open. Kaleb leaned over his plate, protecting his mash potatoes from getting wet and soggy. “Alayna, you’re getting the food wet! Stop the rain!” he demanded, shooting some daggers in her direction.

“That’s okay,” Ryan couldn’t really stay mad or even get mad at Alayna at all. He gave her a reassuring smile, and Ethan was quick to reassure her as well.

He glared at the small child that was glaring and snapping at Alayna. “Oi, Kennedy!” He remembered the boy’s name from capture the flag, somehow. “What’s your damage? She said it was an accident.”
