Here he was.  This wasn't the place he wanted to be but the school, as it had been overcrowded, but he needed space to think.

One of the things he liked about Hogwarts is that he was able to use his magic and with almost no restrictions.  But as he had a heated argument with his best friend, who was also his best nerd London needed to clear his mind.

"Fulinis!"

Pointing his wand to the night sky the roar of lightning passed through the air as it's streaks danced into existence, London repeated the incantation and for the moment it seemed to be working.

It wasn't until he spotted movement in the corner of his eye that caused him to briefly pause.

What did he do? Did he just lose one of his best friends, someone that he had come so close to, over the fact he was trying to help another friend. Is this why he never had friends, because he doesn’t know what to do with them. He didn’t know how to help them out without hurting someone at all. He just should go back to his common room and just sit there for the rest of the school year.

Though that was not what he was going to do, he was going to find London and talk to him, sure they might fight, but he needed to get his friend back. The bad thing with this castle is that the castle was big, where could London even be at. He could be in his common room, and Ethan was not allowed in there. But if he knew his friend as well as he thought he knew him, he would be at the quidditch pitch.

Ethan was not going to lost his friendship, he needed to learn how to word things where it wouldn’t hurt someone, but then again he shouldn’t have been listening to their conversation. Though that was in the past, they both did things wrong. He knows that the London that he saw in London during the summer was still there somewhere.

It was night time, Ethan was not paying attention to the time. It was dark outside and Ethan was making his way to the quidditch pitch. As he was walking out there, faster than he has ever walked in his life to find him. There was lighting in the sky, but not one cloud. He knew that it was London. And he had to go talk to him.

Finally walking into the pitch, he stood there for a second. He has not thought about what he was going to say at all. He just wanted to get his friend back, this was supposed to be an amazing year. Should he walk up to him, did he even know that it was Ethan. “LONDON” He yelled, hoping that he was able to hear him.

It was quite soothing to hear the crackling roars of lightning that had came to life from his wand.

Was it the safest place to be?  No...  But it felt right to do so.  London looked to the night sky and repeatedly watched as a lightning wisp after lightning wisp streaked into the night's air.  Hearing his name, on the other hand, was not something that London would have thought to hear.

It was too young to be a professor's as he continued to point his wand up into the night sky "Fulinis!"  London called out once more watching the approaching figure become clearer quickly realizing it was Ethan.

Turning his attention back to the open air he continued to call out his incantation as Ethan was only a few feet away from him.

There was so much lighting going on in the air and not sign of rain clouds, and Ethan had found out where it come coming from. Though he was standing there on the quidditch pitch looking at London sending spells. Even though Ethan had called out to him, he still didn’t say anything to him at all. Which was not like him, even if London was made at Ethan he would have told him to leave.

This might not be the best thing for Ethan to do, but he walked more into the pitch and closer to London. He didn’t want to get blasted with the lighting hex, but he had to find out what was wrong with his friend, he was still his friend, even though they had not talked to one another since they gotten back, beside that argument that they had.

Taking a breath, he places his hand on London. Remembering that London did like to be touch, he removed his hand. “London? What is going on. Why are you doing this?” He asked, then backing up a little just in case something happens. He had his wand out and ready, not knowing that London was going to do, he had to be safe.

Either Ethan was brave, or just the right amount of stupid to approach London while he was casting his spell.  Which London who was on the pitch, filled with dried wood, and extremely flammable fabrics was standing in the middle shooting lightning from his wand.

Feeling the warmth of Ethan's hand on London's arm then quickly retracted the Eagle looked to the Badger as his name was called once more.

"Nervous."  He only answered.  It wasn't long before Ethan opened his mouth once more to ask as to why he responded to the way he did.  Placing his index finger to mouth a slow, steady stream of air exited as he gave another answer "Shhh."  Was all that came from London's mouth as he was pointing his wand back to the sky.

"Fulinis!"

As another lightning strike pierced the stale night air, Ethan quickly ducked and somewhat took cover.  London looked to Ethan with a smile before speaking again.  "Do you have your wand?"  He questioned Ethan,  "Cast with me."

Ethan said I could GM <3

Sometimes Ethan doesn’t think, how else to you explain the fact that London got mad at him. He said a few choose words to help a friend, but it backfired because London was listening in to them. It was really annoying to find out his friend was listening into his conversation with someone else. But that was to be talked about another time, not here or not now.

London answer with one word, nervous? But he was not able to say anything. London had told him to shh, he was so confused, he wanted to know why his friend was nervous. Yes, he was still his friend, you can have fights with friends and not talk for the longest time and then back to talking like nothing had happened.

Watching him cast a spell in the air again, there was lighting. It was such a London thing, but he wanted to know why. He didn’t like being in the dark.

Ethan didn’t know if he was allowed to talk or not, but he shook his head, yes that he did have his wand. Why wouldn’t he have had his wand on him, he even had a nice hostel for it. Which he still didn’t know how he gotten it. He took out his wand and just stood there thinking for a second, which spell should he send. “Aspergo” It was a spell that he had learned in class last year, it was something that would go perfect with London’s lighting hex.

He didn’t look at London, but he wanted to know what was happening, “Why are you nervous London?”

Things were going...  Well.  For a small moment in time, London didn't completely hate Ethan, and for the time they were friends again.

Continuing to cast his Lightning Hex London looked over to Ethan as it would seem that he would also join in on the spell casting.  Which he did.  But cast the wrong spell.  Sending one more Lightning Hex into the night sky before Ethan speaking his incantation for the Shower Charm his Lightning Hex had been redirected downwards.

"ETHAN!"  London shouted throwing his wand out of his hand in hopes it would cancel out his spell.  They weren't standing too far away from each as London had made it to the Badger in no time.  "ETHAN MO-" Was all that London got out before his scream pierced then night air.

"AaaAAAaaaaaaaAGGggggGGGggggHHHhhhhhHHAAAAaaaaaAAAAA!"

He was hit with his spell and to make it worse the water from Ethan's Shower charm had amplified the lightning.  Dropping to his knees London faded between consciousness as he finally laid on the grass, his breath shallow and weak.

Was London not yelling at him? That was not something that Ethan was not expecting. He was thinking that London was going to tell him to leave, and if he did. That was what he was going to do. Leave. But he told him to cast spells with him so that is what he did.

Though because he was trying to fix his friendship he was not thinking about the spell that he had sent with London’s lighting hex, the shower charm. That was not super smart at all. He should have remembered that water and lighting don’t go together. But it was too late, he had already sent out his spell and it was heading towards the lighting.

He was able to hear London yelling his name and saw him throwing his wand, but it seemed that it was not fast enough. As they were standing close to the lighting and water. And they were standing next to one another. And he threw his wand also, but it he was late at doing that.

He should hear London’s scream, and the he fell over. Thinking in his head because he was laying on the ground not able to move. What have I done, why can’t I think when I am with friends. Why did I send the Shower charm? Will we die out here? Will someone find us?

He was laying on the ground next to London, now able to move and his breathing was very slow. He hoped that someone would find them soon.

Alice had wanted to find London but he seemed no where to be found.  So she did the next best thing and hunted for Ethan.  Also no where to be found.  Well, that probably meant they were together but that made Alice worry.  Had they made up yet?  She didn't know.

It was about the time she was heading to look in the Great Hall one more time that a couple of older students came in talking about a sudden 'lightning storm' over the quidditch pitch.  Alice knew London's dueling spells.  She also knew his love of quidditch.  She headed that way because she also knew there had been no storms predicted for the weather for the area for a couple of weeks since they arrived.

It was the sound of the spells being shouted out that panicked her and took her from a fast walk to a dead run.  She recognized Ethan's voice and London's and knew that water and electricity did not mix.  She arrived at the pitch as it went dark and silent.  The moonlight bathing the scene in an eerie light.  Two laying unconcious on the ground.

Just as fast as she ran there, Alice ran back to the castle in search of help and found it by almost literally running into it.  "Prof...essor... Grimsby... they're hurt ... I think," she managed to gasp out as she caught her breath.  "On the pitch. .. London... Ethan.. Please?"  and she took off running to show the way sure he would follow and help.
