The crepe stared at Azalia. It had two eyes made of slices of banana, with little chocolate dots in the center for the pupils. Inside the crepe was a plethora of a fruit, chocolate, and sprinkled on top delicate powdered sugar. It was the most delicious thing she had bought at a muggle bakery in London for a long while, and it smelled like heaven. The only problem was, she didn't have anyone to share it with.
Sitting on a rusty old bench across the street at the park, she was all alone. The scent of crepe crept into her nose while a sense of completeness disappeared. She looked down at the face on her flimsy paper plate and frowned.
"It's just you and me, little buddy." That wasn't how it was supposed to be. She couldn't eat this crepe all by herself. The good things in life were meant to be shared, and Azalia couldn't enjoy them alone- well, everything except maybe reading. And - no, wait that's it. Azalia had plenty of muggle friends when her parents sent her to the muggle school to learn how to read and write and all that because her parents were too busy with work to do it themselves. Since she left the school she had very few friends. If only she could go back in time, or maybe have a sibling! On one hand, not having a sibling meant more attention from her parents, but she wished she had more friends around her age.
Azalia tore a piece from the crepe and frowned, but took a bite anyway. It was starting to get cold Azalia really wanted to share the crepe with someone. She set it down beside her on the bench and leaned over, resting her head on her hands.

Ramona walked down the street with her hands in her pockets. She tugged her jacket closer to her as the breeze whipped her hair. She sighed and walked further. Her feet were starting to hurt. Ramona just wanted to spend some time with someone. Her brother and sister were always rejecting her, her mother and father were always busy, and she didn't see her friends enough. Ramona walked until she saw a familiar face sitting on a bench alone. A smile crept across her face and she called out "Zay! Hi, it's me, Ramona".

Ramona… Ramona! Of course, how could she forget? Ramona from Pre-Hogwarts Primary and the party… Azalia smiled when she saw the familiar face. Perhaps she would have someone to share her crepe with after all. The day suddenly got ten times brighter. Ramona was nice, and she probably liked crepes, too, especially crepes with faces on them. Crepes with faces were always better than normal crepes, it was a fact.
“Hi Ramona! Do you want some crepe?” Azalia asked. “I can’t finish it all by myself.” Azalia held out the plate it was so that Ramona could grab a bite if she wanted to.
“It’s really, really good.” It really was. It was from the best crepery in London, made by muggles of course. She hadn’t ever had a wizarding crepe but they could possibly outdo these muggle crepes. Possibly.
“So, what are you doing in this park?” Azalia inquired. They didn’t have much else to talk about… the weather perhaps? No, boring.

Ramona sat down next to Azalia on the bench. "Sure, thanks!" She said, taking a small piece of the crepe. She hadn't had crepe in a long time, so when she took a bite out of it, she said "Mm. That's good". Ramona nodded. "Hm...dunno, I guess I just wanted to get out of the house for a while" She replied to Azalia's question.

That was understandable. Sometimes being cooped up in the house was a bit like being jailed. That usually happened during wintertime, when Azalia didn't like going outside because of the awful snow and cold. Then she would get very sad because she didn't go outside. It was kind of a never-ending circle, until spring came along.
"It is good, isn't it?" Azalia grinned and offered Ramona some more. "From the best crepery in London! My favorite, in fact - what do you think is in it?" She wanted to start a game. A game sounded fun.
"Why don't we order something random from some muggle shops and then guess what's in them?"

Ramona nodded. "Yeah, it is" Ramona said, taking another bite. She shrugged. "I don't know... I don't really know what's in it" Ramona said, taking another bite and trying to identify the ingredients. And then she listened to Azalia's idea. A game? Oh, Ramona loved games! "Sounds like a good idea" Ramona said.

Ramona didn’t answer Azalia’s question, but she looked like she was trying to figure out what the ingredients were in the crepe. “It’s got strawberries, banana, whipped cream, peaches… Erm, I think that’s it, besides the crepe.” It was one of her favorite kinds of crepe. Her favorite part was when the chef made a smiley face on the crepe with the banana slices.
It was a nice day outside, sunny with just a little bit of wind. Not too hot, and not too cold. Just right, it wasn’t good for a cold meal on a hot day or a really hot meal on a cold day. It had to be something in the middle. Something like…
“Brownies!” Azalia exclaimed. “I know a great shop just a few blocks away that sells excellent brownies that would be perfect for this. They have so many different kinds, with nuts and all sorts of interesting ingredients.”
She bounced up out of her seat, gobbled down the rest of crepe and led Ramona on down the street.
