Andromeda Midnight
Josh and my darling (Lucifer):3

Andromeda had one place she had yet to be: the trophy room.

She wandered in and was suddenly blinded by all the shiny trophies in this room. Seriously, who had ever won all these was incredible...Oh, they had been won by seperate people and there were rankings on each one from different years. Andromeda smirked as she realized that soon her name was going to be up on these trophies just like everyone before her. Well, not everyone. Only the best got to have their names up on these trophies and that was what people would soon start to realize; Andromeda was the best dueler in her year and she wouldn't really need to prove it come dueling tournaments.

People should just be afraid enough of her to let her win and to run before she embarrassed them so badly that they wouldn't ever touch the dueling platforms again. She smirked at the idea of being the best as soon as other people were going to let her duel them. She hadn't had to best of luck starting her own duels yet, so she wasn't going to proclaim that she was the best, even though she knew that deep inside that she was indeed the best.

Did that make sense? unsure.gif

Andromeda turned around just as two bickering boys came in. Each were talking about how their siblings had trophies in here, or something of the sort. Andromeda wrinkled her nose up at their talking and wondered if they were really that thick that they hadn't noticed her yet. She pouted and looked back at the trophies, trying to see if she saw any names that she could pretend to know and be incredibly amazing sounding when she turned around to scold these boys about not talking to her. She really REALLY hated to be ignored and it was no secret that she felt ignored when she wasn't the center of attention. Even if she was involved in the whole group, she wanted to be the center of it all.

"Ehem," She coughed as she tried to draw attention to herself. She turned around to eye them and continued, "What are you two bickering on about? Merlin could have heard you from the moon." She scoffed as she made herself seem more mature and a lot better than these two. That was something she really enjoyed doing and maybe it would work with these two to the point where she wasn't going to have to worry about them trying to snap back at her. It seemed like they were both Slytherins, so that was really a small chance of her not having to worry about that.

"Honestly, I feel like my ears are ringing." She added as she looked back at the trophies.
Joshua James
Oh really? The Falls were such a great family were they?

"Pffft." Joshua's eloquent opinion on the superiority of the Falls over the James Family was simple and to the point.

"You my friend, are clearly mistaken. You'll see." He was smug in his assuredness of historical fact. When they got to the Trophy Room, he'd see the writing on the walls. Or more accurately, the writing on the trophies. Lucifer and Joshua were making their way from the Great Hall to the trophy room several floors up in the castle. It wasn't as far a trek as the Astronomy Tower, for which Josh was grateful.

Over their meal in the Great Hall, a discussion of prestigious Slytherin familes came up. Naturally in a house that prided itself on superiority, a discussion of this sort could get quite nasty. Due to an grotesque lesson in Herbology, most of the first years had abandonned dinner early and thus the conversation hadn't lasted long. As the group broke up and spread throughout the castle to spend their afternoon out of class doing various things, Josh had decided to prove his own point by going to the trophy room and investigating. Lucifer had had similar ideas.

"My Aunt Jenna could kick any of your relatives' arse." They rounded a corner in the corridor and his voice carried all the way into the trophy room. A room which upon arrival Joshua figured out wasn't empty. Well fine. The more the merrier, any additional witnesses to his being right were welcome.

"Bickering? No one is bickering." Josh was clearly affronted by the accusation as he stepped closer to the girl, whom he now realized was in their own year and house.

"Little girls bicker over sweater choices," he continued to mutter and glanced towards Lucifer for backup on the matter. Their disagreement would be set aside in favor of male solidarity, he was sure. "...not men."
Lucifer Falls
What was with the James family? Could they not think of any other letter to start their children's names besides 'J'? "I don't care who your Aunt Jenna is! It's not that hard to fly a bloody broom," he insisted walking beside Josh. They were quickly making their way up to the Trophy room but Lucifer didn't see the point as to why.

No one cares about those trophies covered in ten layers of dust. It just meant that this 'Aunt Jenna' needed some tangible proof that she was worth something. The Falls don't succumb to the challenges of other wizards. They know they're better.

Still, this kid was determined to show some rusty old name on a cup and who was he to deny the opportunity to laugh at his face when you could barely see the name on the cup anymore? It had all started this morning down in the great hall when the Slytherins insisted on comparing families. Lucifer could only remember jabbing his fork at his runny eggs while listening to the tall-tale stories most of the kids had to provide. But one--this one--was so insistent on his stories that Lucifer had almost no choice but to follow him up to the Trophy room.

Upon entering the large and spacious trophy room, their conversation came to a stop seeing as there was already a girl in the room. "We're definitely not bickering," he had to agree. After all, "bickering" made him feel like he was arguing over something so minimal. No, they were having a full on male-to-male argument. Still, he crossed his arms tightly across his chest.

"Yeah. Or over shoes and makeup," He sniffed slightly raised his chin as if to show importance. He was pretty sure he looked more important than Josh did at the moment. Still...

"We were having a manly conversation. NOT bickering."
Andromeda Midnight
Andromeda rolled her eyes as they tried to defend themselves, "Whatever you say, I still think that you were bickering like two girls. I thought bickering was a universal term. Oh well." She muttered as she turned back to looking at the trophies. THEY WERE SHINY AND APPEALING! They really were appealing and making the small girl imagine herself waving her wand about and winning duels that would make her into an incredible person and have the whole school knowing her name. She didn't want to be anything different than that. It would be amazing if one day she walked through the school and people knew her.

Yea, that'd be amazing.

"You two really don't look like men." She laughed after a few seconds of staring at their reflections in the glass doors of the trophy case. Did they honestly not realize that she was finding their bickering to be funny. Actually, they were really bickering and the fact that they were denying it was making Andromeda really amused. She couldn't find another thing that she would want to do at the moment than get these boys into fighting and complaining more. She wondered how far she could push them before they snapped.

Now, that was going to be fun. cool.gif After all, Andromeda loved provoking drama. It just gave her day that little extra jump in it that made her really happy for a few moments, "You know, I think that...." She waved her fingers about, "YOU! are the one making it so girly. Honestly." She answered as she pointed to the shorter boy (whoever he was). Now, if this caused them to fight between them, she was going to be really happy. Drama was basically the lifeline that she fed off of.

Was she horrible or what? rolleyes.gif
