Eyla Roshena
Eyla had decided she was going to be an awesome mentor. Like, super awesome. She was going to whip them mentees into shape and turn them into the bestest little snakes that Hogwarts had ever seen! The fourth year had a plan for this and she had started putting it into action the very first night. While everyone else was occupied in the common room with that 'welcome to Slytherin, have sweets!' bit, she had snuck into the dormitories of her mentors, and also her assistant. Oh yes, no way was Claire getting off lightly just because she was older now. This Slytherin has a long memory.

Anyway. She had, er, borrowed various alarm clocks from various trunks belonging to various ickles - they'd get the clocks back, this was all in the name of creating awesome Slytherins. These alarm clocks had been placed under the pillows of the mentees and the assistant. And how had Eyla figured out whose bed was whose? Simple! By examining the contents of the trunks at the end of each bed. There was always at least one object with the owner's name on it. She was like Sherlock Holmes himself. All the clocks had been set to start ringing at 5:30AM. It was going to be at about 4:00AM, originally, but students weren't allowed to wander until 6:00... so that'd give them half an hour to sort themselves out.

Of course, Eyla herself went to bed very early, ensuring that she'd be up bright and early. She was too. At 5:00AM exactly. Okay, part two: write notes to the littluns with their instructions. And no ink spillages this time. Thankfully, the common room was utterly empty. Well, apart from one ickle who'd fallen asleep on an armchair but other than that, she was alone.

Greetings, Lilith/Hadrian/Angelique [delete as needed]
This is a note from your new mentor, Eyla Roshena. Congratulations on getting into Slytherin and so on and so forth. I'm here to help you through Hogwarts. First of all though, you will have to earn my respect. And hey, your first task is to meet me in the Trophy Room at 6:20AM sharp. If you're really late, I may just have to hex you. Don't think I won't. I know some pretty cool spells.

You have half an hour to sort yourself out, and then twenty minutes to find me, since you're not allowed to wander before 6:00AM. Happy searching.

Sincerely,
Eyla

The note for her assistant, Claire, was much simpler and to the point:

Oi. You're my mentoring assistant. Meeting mentees in Trophy Room at 6:20AM. Don't be late.

Hm. Where to put the notes... she looked round, shrugged, and put them on the nearest table. Hey, they were clearly labelled. The first test would be to see if her mentees were blind or not. Right, now she had to get to the Trophy Room... well, it was only five minutes until six o'clock. She snuck out, and got to the room without any trouble. Cool. Now, all she needed were for the kiddies to show up...
Lilith St. Claire
You know, Lilith hasn't met her mentor yet. It was kind of odd actually, but that didn't really bother the tiny blonde. She didn't care. She could take care of herself! Yeah! THat's it! Lilith was already proving to be quite the child. After all, she was the most amazing Slytherin ickle ever. She was Lilith St. Claire, that made her even better!

Okay sure that may be a bit vain, but who cares? That night, Lilith hung out with Lyceus, planning his disposal revenage against two little Ravenclaws. Silly Ravenclaws! Didn't they know you can't mess with Slytherins? Oh well, she'll learn it the hard way, sadly. Anyways, Lilith was hanging out plotting with Lyceus for the whole night. Oh how that excited the tiny blonde!

She went to sleep around midnight, which was even later for the small girl. She was sooo tired and she slept. That night she dreamed that she was a giant dragon. Much taller than everyone else and she was blowing fire everywhere! She even attacked well... everyone! It was amazing! She had so much power, so much distruction. Then....

RRRRRRRRRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGG

Lilith let out a loud shrieking scream jumping up in bed as she heard the noise. Looking around in a slight daze, she wondered where that noise was coming from. It rang over and over and over and over and it was driving her nuts... It was coming from her pillow! Turning off the alarm, Lilith read the note and she groaned.

Who woke up this early in the godforsaken morning? Rubbing her eyes, the tiny blonde sat on her bed for a moment trying to blink the sleep out of her. Yawning again, she rubbed her eyes and pulled out a bit of candy to wake her up.

Soon enough the girl was awake. Grabbing her wand and pulling on her robe, Lilith made her way out of the dorms sneaking around.

Then she realized something... she had no idea where the trophy room was. After all, she didn't go many places in the castle. Where the heck was the trophy room? Making her way upstairs (After all, that's where it had to be) Lilith bit her lips and looked through each hall trying to find it. It seemed to take her hours to find out where the Trophy room.

Finally appearing slightly out of breath in the Trophy Room, Lilith took a deep breath and stood up as tall as she could (It wasn't very tall) and walked in. "Are you Eyla?" She asked and before the girl answered, Lilith wrinkled her nose. "What in the name Merlin's Beard compelled you to wake us up this early in the morning?" She asked with a slight grunt and crossed her arms. "Not even the bloody cat is up this early!" Stupid Mrs. Norris.
Angelique Paquet
The night before, Angelique had a rather full day, from flying around grounds on one of the Slytherin house brooms. She wasn't allowed to use it for recreational purposes, per say, but nobody had to know. After all, the firebolts did beat the school brooms, which were all old and missing crucial parts.

However, after an hour of straght out flying, she had returned to the commonroom exhausted. She had even considered skipping dinner, but then again, she would probably be hungry later anyways. So grumbling, she had made her way down to the great hall for some dinner.

After grabbing a plate of the food, she quickly scarfed it down, while talking to a few people around her, and after a few minutes, she excused herself and made her way back up to the commonroom. Pushing open the door to her dorm room, she grabbed her pjs and crashed onto the bed. Within a minute, she was sound asleep.

Early in the morning, however, she was woken by a rather unpleasent sound...

BBBBBBBRRRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What the bloody hell was that? She wondered, opening up her sleepy eyes, qutie annoyed. If one of her roommates had decided to go on an early morning stroll... oh wait, it was coming from underneath her pillow. What the hell? She thought, reaching underneath her pillow, to be rewarded with a ringing alarm clock. Who was playing pranks on her already?

However, attached to the alarm clock, there was a note. Quickly reading through it, she rolled her eyes. So this was how her mentor planned to introduce herself? By waking everyone up at the crack of dawn? Bloody hell. Sitting on her bed, she stared of into space as she kept falling asleep, but after a few minutes, she stood up, her muscles screaming in protest.

However, with all of these difficulties, she managed to pull out a pair of jeans and a tank top. Slipping her feet into her pair of comfy birkenstocks, she grabbed the note and her wand and made her way out of the dorm room.

Stepping into the main room, she read the note once more in the better light. Trophy room, huh? Wasn't that the room that she had been in when she had met the painting? Shrugging her shoulders, she exited the green and silver commonroom and began doing the annoying task of climbing the flights of stairs.

After ten minutes of climbing, she finally managed to reach the Trophy Room. Standing outside the room, she managed to smooth out her outfit and check for other necessities before pushing the door open. Immediately, she noticed two girls among the various amounts of trophies.

Walking over to join them, Angelique looked around the room before she turned back to the two girls. "I'm guessing your Elya?" she asked, more of a question than a statement. After all, she was the older one in the room.

Looking at the younger girl, she realized that she had met her somewhere before, in the common room after the welcome feast. "Hey." she said, greeting the other girl. Might as well be polite for now.
Hadrian Magnus
Hadrian was not one for mornings. In fact he was not much for sleep either, that was his problem. It took forever to get to sleep but when he did he slept like the dead and by morning he was so tired it was like pulling himself from the deepest lake waking up. His head felt heavy and his eyes wouldn't open. Normally unless there was a shock to get his adrenaline pumping or at least an hour to get rid of his grogginess, Hadrian was more prone to walk in to walls then get anything practical done.

So with that being said when the loud noise suddenly erupted in his dorm he was the last to notice. The fact it was coming from his area was oblivious to him. His dorm mates however were less then pleased. The 3 of them searched the room and hunted down the annoyingly loud clock. Pulling out the note their anger diminished when they realized it was one Eyla Roshena responsible for it. They tried to push Hadrian awake but he just groaned and moaned on occasion. Finally they dropped the alarm clock in his glass of water beside the bed and went back to their own comfortable mattresses. The note lay forgotten on the floor.
Claire Montgomery
BRRRRRRRRRRRIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNG

"What, huh, wha?" Claire mumbled as she sprang up from her bed. One of her roommates must've gotten an alarm clock. But what was really strange was the fact that nobody woke up except for her. She sleepily checked around in her bed for the artifact the made the terrible noise, and found a clock that read somewhere before six. She was too tired to see the rest of it.

Now whoever had pranked her or just wanted to be mean was either in the common room laughing their heads off or still asleep. But just to make sure, she had gotten out of bed, pulled on her school robes, and headed for the common room, which is probably where somebody will shout surprise when she entered the room. At least it would get her up.

When Claire finally got there (she wasn't going very fast) she found a couple of notes on the tables. One marked "Claire". Unless there was another Claire who had gotten rudely woken up by an alarm clock under their pillow, this note was for her. She opened it up.

Her mouth dropped. She was expected to meet the mentor at 6:20 in the morning in the dark and scary trophy room? What kind of mentor made her mentees and her wonderful assistant get to a dark, spooky trophy room at 6:20 in the morning? Very mean mentors, that's who.

Claire had read on the mentor/mentor assistant/mentee assignment list that she was paired with somebody called "Eyla Roshena". This name sounded strangely familiar to Claire but she didn't know where she had met this Elya person. Whoever it was, they didn't sound to nice. But just to be a good Mentor assistant, she set out on her epic journey to the room that she could barely find.

When she got there (hopefully not late), she stomped right in and shouted "Now, who is responsible for waking me up from my beauty sle-" Claire trailed off as she saw the mentor.

Eyla Roshena.

That mean third year who threatened to hex her if she didn't apologize. Claire could tell that this meeting wasn't going to turn out too good.
Eyla Roshena
The fourth year had quickly discovered that waiting for people can get very boring, especially if you're not one for daydreaming. She started off leaning against the wall by the door, tired of that quickly and started wandering round looking at the trophies. My, there were a lot of them in here. Some were for individual students. Shiny. She also took note of the Quidditch Cup and House Cup. Hm. They would provide the basis for her rant speech.

Ugh, where WERE they?? She glanced irritably at her watch. 6:19AM. FINE they weren't late. YET. But if they were, they would be in such big trouble... especially Claire, she should know where the the bloody room was after all... As she was busy thinking up horrible tortures, someone came in. At long freaking last. Eyla stopped examining one of those Special Services to the School thingies and turned to face the door, intending to warmly - well, she didn't do warm, but she would be sort of welcoming. However, things were already going a tad pear-shaped.

"Mind your language," Eyla snapped, fully aware of her hypocrisy but hey, the kid didn't know that. "Yes, I'm Eyla." Hm, now there was a good question. Why had she woken them all up so early? She smirked. "I felt like it. Now, which one are you, Lilith or Angelique... I assume you can't be Hadrian..."

Before she got an answer, she was interrupted by someone else coming in. She sneaked a look at her watch. A minute late. And introductions again. Ugh, the girl got her name wrong. The elder Slytherin rolled her eyes. "That's Eyla. Eye-la. Got it memorised?" YAY KINGDOM HEARTS She noticed that the girls didn't seem to know each other very well. Okay, so now they were just waiting for... Hadrian and Claire.

Speaking of Claire, a sudden shouting broke into Eyla's thoughts (she was mostly thinking about how she'd managed to snag herself the two rudest girls in Slytherin sleep.gif). Eyla rather liked the way the second year broke off when she caught sight of her. She did enjoy having that effect on the littluns.

"Your beauty sleep, hm? What a joke." Right... Eyla eyed the other three girls. There was a distinct lack of first year Slytherin boy. "Where the heck is the other one?" LATE. He was LATE. Ooh, he was in trouble when - if - he showed up. For the time being, she couldn't be bothered with him. She had bigger fish to fry... not that they were particularly big in any way.

"First of all, introductions." Always a good place to start. "I'm Eyla. I'm a fourth year. This is Claire Montgomery," she glanced distasefully at her assistant, what joy, "who is my assistant and a second year. You two, tell me your names and what you hope to gain from this mentoring thing. And let's try and keep it clean, eh?" She shot a pointed glare at the first ickle. Just let her try and pepper her sentences with 'bloody' all over...

And where was the other one?!
