Harrison waited in the trophy room for his mentees, leaning against an empty glass cabinet, checking his cuticles as
The Hufflepuff had used the passage himself, after eating as much salad as he could handle, and a lot of bread rolls, smothered in artificial butter. Dairy was his enemy; he was lactose intolerant. Meat was also his enemy, as he was a vegetarian. So, naturally, the only thing he'd had in his fridge at the beginning of the summer was a carton of milk, a box of eggs, and a block of cheese. Naturally... He had, of course, gone shopping since then. He was actually quite pleased with the state of his flat. It was looking a lot better than it had been when he'd first moved in at the beginning of the summer. His foster parents were helping a lot with the furnishings and the food, of course, until he could manage to get a job. That would be after graduation, and he would finally head off to Healer training school. Merlin, it was nerve-wrecking. He had been waiting his whole life for this, and it was less than a year away from him. He sighed, running his fingers through his yellow hair while he waited, growing slightly impatient. He checked his watch. It was only 6.15, so the ickles still had quite some time to eat and arrive. If they used the passage, it would only take them a matter of minutes to climb the three floors to the Trophy Room. In the meantime, he would reminisce on his eventful summer with his lovely women. Kaytee, the Slytherin beauty who had broken his nose three years ago because he was stupid (and cursed by Death Eaters). And Naima, Head Girl, and the woman who was finally convincing Madam Trimble to allow him to help in the Hospital Wing. And, of course, Ivy, his girlfriend, the prettiest thing at Hogwarts. They had enjoyed their summer immensely. He had taken her to the carnival, and it had been the most fun he'd had in a long time. |

Andi had signed up to have a mentor, she was kind of nervous to do this, but also kind of excited. She had just recieved a letter from her new mentor telling her to meet him in the trophy room after dinner. By the time dinner time came around, Andi went to the Great Hall to eat. Soon after she headed off to the trophy room. She kept wondering what her mentor was going to be like. Was he going to be nice? Was he going to help her out with her problems? She was just hoping she would get a good mentor and not one whose just doing this all for the glory.
She had met quite a few friends at Hogwarts, but before she came here, she had issues at her muggle school. She had no friends so she was in counseling. She felt it would be a good idea to get a mentor to talk to. She had come quite a long ways in counseling. She hated it when people said counseling was for loons, because it's really not. She just needed help boosting her self-esteem. That's one reason her parents let him come to this place. This place was already, by far, different from her muggle school. She had a bunch of friends and nobody hated her...that she knew of. It was a good change. She arrived at the Trophy Room and she noticed a boy leaning against a cabinet. She figured this was her mentor. It was a prefect, which was pretty cool. She hoped she would someday become a prefect. "Hi," she said walking up to him. "I'm Andi Zymine, but you might have already known that." |
