After the duel Gemma skidded her way up the stairs leading to the Owlry. It never really occurred to Gemma how long it took an owl to successfully deliver a mail from Hogwarts to the small coastal town of Torquay, England. Nor it ever occurred to her that owls might get caught up in a hurricane…er…most likely not since these birds are smart little creatures in playing the mailman of course not. After a final jitter of her quill she ripped a part of parchment off from the page and rolled it up, and reached into her pockets for the treats she had prepared this morning.
“Ok! Who’s up for some juicy owl treat?” She looked at the wholes pecking at their feathers in the owlry. They all did capable for the job, but she wanted an unusual looking owl, perhaps one that would make enough of an impression and mind him to reply this time! She looked down at her letter one last time, she had made herself very clear in here. QUOTE To the following person: Joseph J. Kortez From the following person: Gemma Kortez In the following thread: Off-board, into the small apartment, in the costal town Torquay, England Dear Father: Father, I know you are busy with work, and everything else but would you reply to my letters please? How is grandma doing? Is she getting better? This anticipation makes me anxious with worry, so if you please, reply to my letters and tell me how she is? Maybe you did and just didn’t know how to send it via-owl-mailing. So here is an instruction: 1. Attach your reply onto this owl 2. Feed the messenger 3. See it off. Please reply? ~Your daughter, Gemma Now she just needed a treat taker. |
